Camp Opportunity with Gina Crash 101.9FM
🎙 Radio Spot with Gina Crash – Tune in to 101.9 FM as we discuss how Camp Opportunity provides a safe space and life-changing experiences for children who have experienced abuse and neglect. Once we know the specific time our radio spot to air, we’ll update the time. This will be a great way to kick off the month of April and Pinwheels for Prevention.
Pinwheels in Annapolis
Join us on April 8th in our State Capitol for our first Pinwheels for Prevention ceremony. April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month.
Paddles + Pinwheels: Rally for Prevention
Join us for our Paddles + Pinwheels: Rally for Prevention pickleball tournament to raise funds for our critical programs for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. Help make a difference in the lives of our most vulnerable youth!
Shining Stars 2025
Mark your calendars for Shining Stars: A Night of Hope & Opportunity on Friday, November 14th, 2025, from 7 PM to 11 PM at the Baltimore Museum of Industry. Join us for an inspiring evening celebrating the resilience and potential of Maryland’s children who have experienced abuse and neglect. Enjoy great food, entertainment, and powerful stories that highlight the transformative impact of Camp Opportunity. Together, we’ll shine a light on hope, community, and change. Proceeds will support our mission to provide life-changing programs for children in need. Tickets, Sponsorships, and more information coming later this spring.
Shining Stars Event
Our 2024 Shining Stars event will take place again at the beloved Baltimore Museum of Industry. Ticket sales and sponsorships available beginning March 1, 2024.

Are you passionate about empowering children and making a positive impact in their lives? Camp Opportunity is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team of volunteer drivers! As an essential part of our mission, volunteer drivers play a crucial role in providing transportation to and from camp, as well as to and from our graduation picnic in May. By ensuring safe and reliable transportation, volunteer drivers help make the Camp Opportunity experience accessible to all children who need it most. Join us for a virtual information night where you can meet our team, ask questions, and discover how you can make a difference in the lives of children in need.
